'Marika Andrews' salary compared to Stephen A. Smith
Malika Andrews and Stephen A. Smith are two of ESPN's most recognizable NBA personalities.
Smith made headlines last week when he said he was underpaid, even though he earns $12 million a year.
Of that, $8 million is believed to be his salary,
and $4 million is reportedly from production contracts.
"We are still black in this country," said Smith.
The bottom line is that just as women are paid less than men, so are blacks paid less than whites.
I get paid less than some people on TV, but that's a topic for another day.
